Mini Spa and Resort located on a high bluff over looking Lake Michigan. Spectacular sunsets, very quiet and peaceful. Close to excellent golf and water sports. Many restaurants in the area. Several wineries to tour within 30 minutes of the location.

The quest quarters has two small suites. Each of the suites has a bedroom, bath, and living room with kitchenette. One suite faces the east and has a view of Lake Leelanau. The other faces the west with a view of Lake Michigan. Both suites have their own private balcony.

The guest quarters may be rented separately. Each will sleep two people. You may rent either one suite for $1,000 per week or both for $1,800 per week. Extra fees apply in the winter for snow plowing and extra utility bills for heating. Rental of the guest suite will not include the mini-spa privileges available for renting the whole estate.

To rent the main house and 2 guest suites would be great for house parties…

Rates

June 15 to August 15 - $7,000 per week
May 1 to June 14 - $5,000 per week
August 16 to October 15 - $5,000 per week
October 16 to April 30 - $2,500 per week
You can rent a guest suite only - $1,000 per week (sleeps two people)
Rent two guest suites for $1,800 per week (sleeps 4 people)
Rent the main house only $5,000 per week (sleeps 6 people) (includes min-spa)
